Kyon is the best character, while Yuki is second.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31285705.post-19129299213264573252006-12-28T19:54:00.000+08:002006-12-28T19:54:00.000+08:00Actually, the anime uses mainly few, mainly from B...Actually, the anime uses mainly few, mainly from Book 2,3 and 5. I do know there is 8-9 volumes of light novels published in Japan so far.

Hence it is not too surprising that Haruhi 2nd Season is on the possibility.Stormy001https://www.blogger.com/profile/08777396623988174300noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31285705.post-57417804473284033962006-12-25T08:07:00.000+08:002006-12-25T08:07:00.000+08:00err..

You are alive!

I did watch this anime in sequence again but the impact is somewhat lessen due because there is no curiousity factor.

But my fave ep is the space battle. What is yours?Stormy001https://www.blogger.com/profile/08777396623988174300noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31285705.post-1156447933216129122006-08-25T03:32:00.000+08:002006-08-25T03:32:00.000+08:00MoSH is the kind of anime designed for advanced ot...MoSH is the kind of anime designed for advanced otakus. Had you watched each show in sequence, you would have spent a lot of your time trying to figure out what would show up in the next episode because each episode gives rise (or hints rather) to the ones that would come after.

All stories must have a beggining a middle and an end. What's amusing about MoHS is that it starts with the middle, then the begging and then the end all in the first 4 episodes. (The 4th Episode can also be called the Epilogue if you will, with the Prologue having started in the middle.) The Joy of the serries is in uravelling what hapens next and watching how all the pieces of the puzzle fit together.

For example, if you've ever seen Groundhog Day, then you know that the main character became everything that the female lead wanted in a man. A lot of this kind of thing happens in MoHS. Read the introduction line in Episode 2 (the 'Real Episode 1' if you will) and the stuff that he doesn't believe in is what he encounters.

If you still haven't seen it and are trying to decide, then the best way to judge if you will like this kind of show is to ask if you liked Abenobashi Mahou Shoutengai or Genshiken. If you did, then this is the kind of show for you.

Do not be afraid of a lackluster ending because the ending for MoSH is actually very good. Which is an odd thing for Anime since anime's typically have unsatisfying endings. Certainly this could very well be one of the better Anime endings out there.. comparable to Ultra Maniac. Once you have actually watched the serries, you may come to agree that the ending is actually very Hollywood-ish. Which is to say... a satify8ing happy ending.

MoSH is a ride worth riding more than just once IMO, since you're most likely to have overlooked many aspects of the show the first time over.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
