Very old anime, never finished and largely forgotten now. Can't blame the public, the OVAs has many plotholes, bad dialogue and lazy animation. Did not help when they deviated some plot points from R.Henlein novel.
But it does have a silver lining. The power armour design for MI (Mobile Infantry) is pretty good. That's it.
